 If you want to attend the symposium to be held from 25 to 29 June 2018  in Marseille, you must proceed in 2 steps: pre-registration and payment.

Your participation will be validated only after payment.

1) Pre-registration

You can pre-register now on the site by following this link.

From your registered pre-registration, you will have access to the payment page on the azur-colloque system.

The payment on Azur-Colloque has to be done by credit card (from the institution or personal) only, and not by "bon de commande"

 The pre-registration procedure will ask you:

• Your arrival and departure dates.
• If you want to participate in the excursion.
• If you wish to visit the PIIM manipulations.

Your participation will be validated only afer payment.

2) Payment

Once your pre-registration has been registered, you can access the payment page on azur colloque.
Once your payment made your registration will be validated.

The payment deadline is June 15, 2018

   ATTENTION - After May 1st the rates increase! Thank you for making your payment as soon as possible. Once your pre-registration has been registered, you will have access to the payment page on azur-colloque.

Fees

  Participation fee: 300 € (VAT included) (including the gala dinner)

   Preferential rate for doctoral students: 180 € (VAT included) (including the gala dinner)

   From May 1st, the rates increase (even if the pre-registration took place before May 1st):

   Participation fee: 360 € (VAT included)

   Preferential rate for doctoral students: 216 € (VAT included)

   Gala dinner for accompanying persons: 72 € (VAT included)
